What does "scored" mean?
Every lead gets a score based on three things: seniority (C-level scores higher than VP), hiring signals (reports to CEO, building a team, growth hire), and salary budget ($300K+ scores higher than $150K). Higher scores mean higher-value retained search opportunities. The scoring breakdown is fully transparent.
Where does the data come from?
We scan major job boards for VP+ executive roles with posted compensation. We extract signals from the full job description that you'd normally have to read manually: reporting structure, team-building mandates, growth context, urgency indicators.
What's in the Excel workbook?
